The Blount substation needed more than routine maintenance. Gabe’s rebuilt the substation’s trifurcation — the set of copper cables connected to the terminal block for three-phase grounding and short-circuiting. Our expert team held back standing water and safely completed the project.
Before we could attempt this high-voltage work, we had to deal with a great deal of groundwater. Gabe’s used ground freezing techniques and a custom shoring system to hold the water back and complete the job.
